Maintenance and Deployment

3DGits is responsible for the initial deployment and ongoing technical maintenance of websites and applications developed for clients. This includes managing go-live, search engine registrations (Google Search Console, sitemap submissions), and technical updates.

Hosting, database, CDN and any third-party service costs required for the project to operate are the exclusive responsibility of the client. 3DGits remains the technical point of contact for managing and evolving these services.

Source Code Ownership

The source code of websites and applications developed by 3DGits remains its exclusive property and will under no circumstances be provided to the client, unless otherwise expressly stated in a written contract signed by both parties.

The client is granted a right of use of the delivered product (live website, deployed application) without access to the underlying source code. Any request for intellectual property transfer must be subject to separate negotiation and a specific written amendment.

Applicable Law

These legal notices and the website are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
